United Kingdom Deliveries
Cost: Free delivery on all UK orders.
Delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch for most UK addresses.
Carrier: Royal Mail.
Handling & cut-off times:
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 14:00 usually dispatch the same or next working day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays dispatched the next working day.
Where we deliver: United Kingdom only (see below for European orders).
Missed or late deliveries: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after the dispatch email, please contact us.
Address issues: Please check your delivery address carefully. We’re not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
European Deliveries
Availability: We also deliver to most countries in Europe.
Cost: Free delivery.
Carrier: FedEx International.
Delivery time: Typically 5–7 working days from dispatch.
Tracking: Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
Customs and duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes on delivery.
