RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right to cancel (change of mind)

• You may cancel your order within 30 days of delivery.

• For hygiene and regulatory reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused test kits in their original, sealed packaging.

How to cancel/return

• Email info@rdbiomed.com with your order number to request a return.

• Return the kit by post to:
  RD Biomed Limited, Daisy Building (2nd Floor), Castle Hill Hospital, Castle Road, Cottingham, Hull HU16 5JQ, United Kingdom.

• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. A prepaid label is not included for these returns.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• If you cancel before dispatch, we’ll refund in full.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

• If your kit arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days.

• We will provide a prepaid return label and repair, replace, or refund (including reasonable return postage costs).

Goodwill replacement (sample issues)

• If we’re unable to analyse your test because the sample is invalid, we will replace the kit free of charge (postage & packaging excluded).

• If we are unable to process your sample for reasons beyond our control, we will replace the kit free of charge, including postage.

General

• Returns must include all components and printed materials.

• Your statutory rights are not affected.
